This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. Disco Fitness is run by Cynthia Simon, Radiant Heart Living. Questions about this policy can go to cynthia@radiantheartliving.net.

Information you give me

Newsletter sign-up. If you subscribe for news and updates, I collect your email address. It's stored in my Squarespace account and used only to send those emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email me to be removed.

Class registration. Classes are registered and paid for through the City of Berkeley Parks and Recreation registration site, which is run by the City and handled under its own privacy policy. If you sign up in person at class, I collect only what's needed to register you.

Emails. If you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and use it to reply.

Information collected automatically

Cookies and analytics. This site is hosted by Squarespace. Some cookies are always used because the site needs them to work securely. Analytics cookies, which help me understand visits (pages viewed, general location, device and browser type, and how you arrived), are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link on the site.

Spam protection. The newsletter form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you use the page, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How your information is shared

I don't sell or rent your personal information. It's shared only with the services that run this site: Squarespace (website hosting, newsletter, analytics) and Google (reCAPTCHA). I may also disclose information if required by law.
